Growing up amidst the natural beauty of British Columbia and Alberta, he developed an early appreciation for the land, a value instilled by his grandfather's encouragement in all things mechanical who also shared his love for the outdoors. The physical demands of construction have always been a source of motivation, aligning with his inherent drive to create enduring structures.
